  • Gather ingredients and rinse all vegetables
  • Measure out sauce ingredients and combine in a small bowl
  • Whisk ingredients vigorously to fully incorporate
  • Grab a handful of green beans and cut the tips off each end
  • Continue until you have cut all the green bean tips off
  • Grab a handful of snow peas and cut the tips off each end
  • Continue until you have cut all the snow peas tips off
  • Separate each stalk of bok choy and rinse each stalk and leaf again to get all dirt off
  • Cut the very bottoms of the bok choy off
  • Cut the leaves off at the top of the bok choy’s stem
  • Roll up the leaves and cut into 1/4 inch strips
  • Good lookin' bok choy you got there
  • Cut up the kale into 1 inch strips
  • Keep cutting until all kale is cut up
  • Nice assortment of veggies!
  • Warm up the wok to medium-low heat and add carrots and a small drizzle of the sauce.Try to keep enough sauce that you can add some for each veggie as they’re added.
  • Next add the bok choy and another drizzle of the sauce.Continually stir veggies as you add them.
  • Next add the snow peas and drizzle more sauce while continuing to stir
  • Next add the green beans and more sauce while stirring
  • The veggies should be starting to cook down somewhat
  • Add the slices of bok choy leaves and drizzle more sauce on; continue stirring
  • Add the bunches of kale and drizzle the last bits of sauce into the wok
  • Start your instant rice following the directions on the packaging.Important note; keep your work surfaces clean of major contaminates such as poop emojis
  • Veggies will continue to cook down as you keep stirring
  • Veggies are looking pretty close to being done
  • Plate the rice in a bowl leaving room for the Tangy Veggie Stir-Fry
  • Wok full of deliciously cooked veggies!
