  • Gather your ingredients and grease a baking dish that will fit your pork loin
  • In a small bowl whisk together the Dijon, gochujang, honey, paprika and butter
  • Continue whisking until the butter is mostly incorporated
  • Use several pinches of salt and black pepper to coat the pork loin
  • Coat the pork loin with the buttery mixture
  • Measure the dill and rosemary and coat the pork loin with both
  • Let tenderloin marinate for 15 minutes; Preheat oven to 375
  • Put the tenderloin in the oven once it is done marinating and the oven is preheated.It will need to cook for 45 minutes to 1.5 hours depending on the thickness of the loin
  • Rinse the rice several times before you begin cooking it.Review the instructions on your rice packaging. You will want to begin cooking the rice when the remaining time on the pork is equal to the cook time of the rice.
  • Once or twice While the tenderloin is cooking slide out the oven rack and use a brush to sop up some of the butter and drizzle over the pork. If any marinade has slide off use the brush to reapply evenly.
  • Take note of the water line on your rice
  • When the water line has gone down to the rice, add a couple dashes of dill to the pot and stir it throughout the rice
  • Optionally you can add some butter to the rice if you like
  • At 45 minutes check the temp of the pork loin and ensure it is 145 degrees; if not then put it in for another 10 minutes and check again.If it is up to temp pull it out of the oven and allow it to rest for 2 minutes
  • Slice the pork loin in 1/4 to 1/2 inch slices with a serrated knife
